What Our Restroom Trailer Service Covers
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to luxury restroom trailer rentals provided by Texas Toilet Rentals in Sugar Land and nearby areas when confirmed in your quote. The written quote or rental agreement identifies the trailer, rental dates, delivery location, included equipment, servicing, and any agreed setup details.
The customer must provide a suitable delivery area and access to required utilities unless the agreement says otherwise. Added equipment, attendants, extended rental periods, special site work, and other requests require a separate written agreement.
Customers are responsible for site access and any permits or approvals required for their event or property. Accessibility needs should be discussed before booking.
The ADA Standards for Accessible Design address accessible routes and restrooms; the customer remains responsible for arranging a compliant site. Construction customers must address sanitation duties under OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51.
Onsite sewage facilities may be subject to 30 TAC Chapter 285, and wastewater pretreatment requirements may apply under 40 CFR Part 403. Temporary sewer connections require local approval where applicable. Tank disposal must be handled at an authorized wastewater facility.
Booking Dates, Changes, and Cancellations
A rental is scheduled after Texas Toilet Rentals and the customer confirm the service dates, delivery address, access details, equipment, and other quoted arrangements in writing. A request or tentative date alone does not confirm a booking.
Customers should give as much notice as possible when canceling, moving a delivery, or changing the rental period. Any cancellation charges, deadlines, or rescheduling conditions will be stated in the quote or rental agreement; if none are listed, contact us for written clarification before relying on a change.
Changes to the site, access route, utility availability, service period, or requested equipment may affect feasibility and cost. We will confirm whether a requested change is accepted and any revised charges before proceeding.
Do not assume a change is approved until you receive written confirmation. Delays caused by blocked access, unsafe site conditions, or unavailable utilities may affect delivery or setup.
If weather or another condition makes service unsafe or impractical, we will discuss available options with the customer and confirm any agreed changes in writing.
Quotes, Charges, and Payment
A quote describes the rental equipment and services requested, the service dates and location, and the charges known when it is prepared. It is based on the details supplied by the customer and may need revision if those details change or the site requires additional work.
The quote or rental agreement will state when payment is due and which payment methods are accepted. No particular price, deposit, or payment schedule applies unless it appears in the written offer accepted by both parties.
Customers should review the quote and raise questions before approving it. Approval may be given by signing the agreement or another written method identified in the quote.
Work outside the listed scope, including added days, equipment, or site requirements, needs written approval before it is added. Texas Toilet Rentals will provide revised charges for approval when practical.
Unapproved changes are not part of the agreed service. Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, or other fees will be shown in the quote or agreement. Contact us promptly if an invoice appears inconsistent with the approved terms.
Service Quality and Warranty Terms
Texas Toilet Rentals will provide the rental and any setup work described in the accepted quote or agreement. These terms do not create a separate workmanship warranty, guaranteed service life, or fixed coverage period.
If the written agreement includes a warranty or service commitment, that document controls its duration, covered work, and remedy. Customers should inspect the trailer and setup when service begins and report a concern promptly so we can review it.
Coverage, if stated in a separate written warranty, may not apply to problems caused by misuse, unauthorized changes, vandalism, accidents, failure to follow operating instructions, unsuitable site conditions, or work performed by others. Do not attempt repairs or alter connections without authorization.
Report urgent operating or safety concerns using the contact details below. We will assess reported issues against the agreed scope and any written warranty terms.
Nothing in this section promises a repair, replacement, or refund beyond an express commitment in the applicable written agreement or rights that cannot be waived under law.
Responsibility for Loss and Site Conditions
To the extent permitted by law, Texas Toilet Rentals’ liability for a claim arising from the rental or service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it.
We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage, hidden site conditions, customer-provided utility failures, blocked access, or loss caused by a customer or third party, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Customers should identify known hazards and protect property near the delivery and setup area.
The customer is responsible for confirming that the site and intended use meet applicable requirements. These may include accessible routes and restroom provisions under the ADA Standards for Accessible Design, construction sanitation under OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51, onsite sewage rules in 30 TAC Chapter 285, and wastewater pretreatment requirements under 40 CFR Part 403.
Local approval may be needed for temporary sewer connections. Tank waste must go to an authorized wastewater facility.
These references do not determine which permits apply to a particular site; check with the relevant authorities.
Questions About These Rental Terms
For questions about these terms, a quote, or an active rental, contact Texas Toilet Rentals at (844) 402-2049 or quote@luxuryrestroomtrailerrentalsugarland.top. Mail may be sent to The Offices at Kensington, 1600 State Hwy 6, Sugar Land, TX 77478.
Please include your name, service address, rental dates, and a short description of your question so we can identify the relevant booking. Written confirmation is recommended for requests that change a quote or agreement.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the applicable page or provided with a new quote or agreement.
A revision applies to future bookings or services unless the law or a written agreement requires otherwise; an update does not silently replace terms already accepted for an existing booking. The version provided or accepted for your rental governs that transaction.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Caleb Morgan
Service Expert at Texas Toilet Rentals
I started this business after working around event and job-site logistics in the Sugar Land area and seeing how much restroom access affects a gathering or a workday. I learned to plan for Gulf Coast rain and heat, check site access and utility needs, and coordinate trailer placement before delivery.
